If you think you know all citrus fruits, let us introduce you to the bergamot, a fruit as mysterious as it is aromatic. Long before it was used to scent teas and beauty products, bergamot was already prized for its elegance. It\u2019s one of the rare plants that produces fruit in winter.<\/span><\/p>\n

A <\/span>hybrid<\/span><\/a> between bitter orange and lime, bergamot is mainly grown in Calabria, in southern Italy. Its appearance changes with the seasons, shifting from dark green to a bright yellow when fully ripe. But what truly sets it apart is its unique fragrance, fresh and lightly spicy.<\/span><\/p>\n
